The Evangelical Children's and Youth House gGmbH is the youth aid institution of the Evangelical Association Augusta Ruhr with differentiated stationary and outpatient offers in Bochum and Gelsenkirchen. Over 200 children and adolescents, as well as young adults and families, are offered assistance for education. There are three children's housing groups, a children's reception group, a 5-day group, a youth housing project, four mother-father-child groups and a stationary intensive care group. In addition, a total of 210 children are supervised and supported in three daycare centres in Gelsenkirchen and Bochum. The Ambulante Jugendhilfezentrum Wattenscheid is also operated by the Ev. Kinder- und Jugendhaus and offers over 90 families in Bochum-Wattenscheid, which are in difficult situations of life, social pedagogical family support. For our Mother-Vater-Kind houses in Gelsenkirchen and Wattenscheid we are looking for the next time a new field management (m/w/d) in full time (39h/week)

(Fach-)University degree as a social pedagogue, educator*in or comparable (vocational)training relevant professional experience in stationary child and youth assistance a cooperative, transparent, decision-making and motivating leadership style a dedicated, strong personality with strong social and communication skills Organisational skills, strategic and conceptual thinking, flexibility, conflictability and the ability to combine educational and economic objectives perfect extended leadership certificate – not older than 3 months Hepatitis A+B Vaccination and Masernschutzvaccination with valid driving permit (Kl. B)
