Employee data control (focus active) (m/f/d)

You check credit operations in the asset business on the basis of the present credit, contractual and collateral documents and the data collected in the system for accuracy, completeness, plausibility and correspondence. You control the proper collection, processing and documentation of credit-related master, contract and collateral information, as well as compliance with the specified processing and approval requirements. You carry out regular and regulatory plausibility checks in the credit portfolio and check changes and adjustments to existing financing in the assigned control scope. You analyze and document established data and processing deviations, cause necessary corrections, track their completion and escalate essential or open defects according to the specified specifications. You are responsible for the processing and correction of credit-related data in accordance with the competence, functional separation and approval regulations. You ensure complete and comprehensible documentation of checks and corrections and archive the associated documents in the DMS. You advise market and specialist areas on identified deviations and data quality in the active business and support the sustainable avoidance of errors. You contribute to the further development of controls, test criteria and workflows in the active area as well as to area-related projects for improving data and process quality.

completed bank training, business studies or a comparable qualification with well-founded bank-practical knowledge relevant professional experience in credit management, market success Active, bank-related data control or a comparable task well-founded knowledge in the asset business as well as a good understanding of credit processes, credit, contract and collateral documents and the associated data knowledge of legal, regulatory and internal requirements relevant to the control tasks, as well as a strong awareness of data quality, regularity and compliance good knowledge and practical experience with Atruvia agree21 / agree21 BAP and the functions relevant to the active business; Experience with digital document management, ideally in the used DMS, as well as safe handling of MS Office analytical skills, good understanding of numbers and data as well as a careful, structured and self-responsive way of working with high quality and responsibility Reliability and discretion in the handling of customer and bank data, team capacity, binding communication and interest in the further development of processes and control procedures in the active area
