DISCLOSURE

You control challenging interior design projects in stock – either in dynamic renting noise or in complex large-scale project You accompany all phases of the project: from the first idea to tender, award and execution to handover You co-ordinate internal and external stakeholders, tax entrepreneurs and team for smooth work on the construction site You always have a look at quality, dates and costs and your project goes hand in hand.

You have a successfully completed degree as a civil engineer or architect or a sound engineering training You have relevant professional experience as construction or Project manager of turnkey expansion projects You have well-founded knowledge in the areas of tendering, execution planning, contracting as well as construction design and apply the VOB safely You are characterized by communication strength, a structured and independent way of working and enforcement
