As a Production Specialist (m/w/d), you play a responsible role in biopharmaceutical production and actively contribute to ensuring the highest quality and GMP standards.????????? ? Processing and support for deviations, OOS cases, change controls and implementation of corresponding follow-up measures ???? Performance of Batch Record Reviews including trend analysis and documentation releases ???? Planning, organisation and implementation of training and technical support from colleagues ???? Working in process validations, technology transfer and product care activities ???? Operation of modern production and control systems such as MES, SAP and process control systems (PLS) for material and process control ???? Supporting external service providers in compliance with all GMP and security requirements ???? New employees and knowledge transfer to trainees and team members ???? accepting responsibility for defined production areas as well as cooperation on special projects, for example in the area of data integrity ?? Active participation and continuous improvement of existing processes and quality standards

Complete studies or training in the field of biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, bioengineering, pharmaceutical engineering, chemistry, biology, life sciences, BTA, CTA, biology laboratory, chemical laboratory, pharmaceutical, chemical or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical production, ideally focusing on GMP, quality assurance, production or process optimization Knowledge of how to deal with GMP guidelines, Batch Record Reviews, Deviation Management (Deviation), OOS, Change Control, Data Integrity and modern production systems such as MES, SAP or PLS Ready for shiftwork (early/late) High self-responsibility, analytical thinking and pronounced quality awareness combined with a structured and solution-oriented working method Joy in cooperation in in interdisciplinary teams and interest in continuously developing processes and sharing knowledge Very good knowledge of German in word and writing min. C1
