For the End User Computing division within the main IT Cluster Bremen we are looking for a

Implementation of technical and technical requirements in Microsoft Azure WebApp software solutions Responsible for the development of applications in compliance with the software development standards applicable to AM Bremen IT and generally good practice and methods Responsibility for the use of efficient techniques and methods of software development from the programming languages used, through development tools to the selection of suitable design patterns Selection and use of suitable methods and practices to ensure software quality, performance, availability and security of applications Professional leadership and responsibility for the application team in an agile software development process Support of product owners/system experts in formulating requirements, cost estimation and planning Close cooperation with system architects, security officers, quality and release engineers, the infrastructure team, the IT service team and other application teams Execution of demanding and difficult software development tasks Creation of the necessary technical application documentation Coordination of user requests, faults, bug fixes and remedies

Completed (specialized) higher education of the Department of Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or Business Administration with a pronounced IT share or equivalent degree, alternatively completed training in the IT field with subject-specific additional training (Bachelor Professional) Multiannual professional experience in software development and comprehensive knowledge in the use of GitHub Copilot Understanding Agent Placement, Tool/API Connection and Multi-Agent Concepts Basic knowledge of LLMs, RAG, Prompting and Grounding as well as very good knowledge of relevant Microsoft-Azure service Understanding CI/CD, Source Control and automated deployment processes Entra ID/Azure AD Authentication und App-Registrations as well as in modern web architectures, APIs and interfaces Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio Understanding identity, group and authorization concepts in M365 and Azure Services Basic understanding of work in ITIL and IT service management processes as well as ticketing systems Ability to analyze complex technical errors Knowledge of agile scaled development processes Methods of communication, conflict resolution and moderation Experience in the professional leadership of working groups and teams Enforcement, team and communication skills, flexibility, conceptual thinking and working methods, personal commitment, initiative, target orientation, customer orientation, conflictability and good resilience, e.g. high term pressure and pronounced self-employment Knowledge of software architecture and technologies (e.g. microservices, cloud environments, databases) about the complete development area (user interfaces, business logic, data retention, data exchange) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
