Technical guidance and monitoring of non-destructive testing (UT, MT, VT, possibly PT) Ensuring timely audits and documentation Creation and approval of test programs and work instructions Instruction and qualification monitoring of test personnel Application of relevant standards and customer specifications (e.g. EN ISO 9712, AD leaflets) Support for production on quality topics Analysis of test results and production of quality statistics Participation in digitalisation projects and R&E projects Support of complaints, supplier audits and qualifications

Certification according to EN ISO 9712 in UT and MT Level 3 (further certifications of advantage) Technical training or further training for technicians / quality specialist Multiannual experience in the ZfP metallic components Knowledge of material science, manufacturing and quality assurance Secure handling of test equipment, MS Office and SAP QM / CAQ systems Good knowledge of English Your strengths: Responsibility, accuracy and standard safety Management competence and communication strength Organisational ability and team orientation Standing for continuous training Advantage: Experience in rail vehicle technology (e.g. wheels, shafts) Knowledge of the digitization of quality processes
