Total responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the technology sector with a significant influence on the sustainability of the electricity, gas and communication networks Leadership of an important area of responsibility with 4 directly reporting departments and around 220 employees Further development of a technically and economically viable investment and maintenance strategy taking into account regulatory, technological and entrepreneurial requirements Embossing role in key future topics such as digitalization of networks, network management 2035, standardization and network development (asset management) in the context of energy transformation Ensuring safe, trouble-free, legally compliant and resource-efficient network and plant operations including operator responsibility and crisis organisation Responsibility for the further development and successful implementation of the third-party market business in the field of technology

Successfully completed master's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energies, energy, environmental or utility technology or a comparable discipline Multiannual, ideally 7 to 10 years of professional and management experience in relevant technical infrastructure areas, in particular in the planning, construction and operation of networks and/or in system management, network development (asset management) Proven ability to develop strategies, anchor organisation and effectively translate them into operational results Representative leadership with experience in the development of powerful organisations, in the control of change processes and in the promotion of a performance and customer-oriented culture High technical and systemic competence in network management and a secure understanding of business management relationships Experience in the management of complex technology, transformation and organizational projects and in the identification and realization of innovation and optimization potentials
