With external sales of around 12.24 billion euros and around 76,000 employees (including self-employed retailers and nearly 3,400 trainees), the EDEKA Minden-Hannover is the largest sales of a total of seven regional companies in the cooperatively organized EDEKA association. You can actively and reliably support projects relating to occupational health management and reconciliation of family and profession. Events, promotions and campaigns prepare and support their implementation. You communicate with employees, service providers and internal interfaces in a friendly, binding and targeted manner. Health and Compatibility Topics research your own and prepare content for different target groups. Create or maintain intranet content, presentations and evaluations carefully and introduce your own ideas into concept work.

The necessary theory brings you with you through your current studies, which You ideally complete in a higher semester in a suitable subject (e.g. health management, health sciences, public health, social sciences). In contact with different groups of employees, you will be safe, open and targeted. An independent, reliable and organized procedure is of course for you Microsoft Office is sure to have experiences in content care or PowerBI are a plus.

You will get real practical insights into the occupational health management as well as in topics related to compatibility and learn how to implement them in a large company. From the outset, you take responsibility for your own tasks and get yourself involved in projects. By contacting many interfaces, you will gain valuable experience in working with specialist areas, service providers and different groups of employees. You work in a motivated team where professionalism, openness and trust determine everyday life. Intense incorporation into the most diverse tasks are of course for us.
