Customer Service Clerk - Focus on Billing Processes (a*)

Hamburger Energienetz GmbH is a privately organised energy distribution network operator owned by the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. Due to the merger of electricity grid Hamburg and gas grid Hamburg in September 2024, Hamburger Energienetz GmbH is Hamburg's largest energy distribution network computing company.

You process the data exchange processes (e.g. GPKE) and make sure You run smoothly. You enter the billing in areas such as measuring point operation, network usage, multi- and low performances and make sure that all processes take place correctly and promptly. In receivable management, you take responsibility for the measuring station operation and contribute to the clarification of open items. The collection and maintenance of master files is also part of your task to ensure data integrity and accuracy. You process customer complaints and find solutions that meet the needs of our customers. In addition, you support IT testing after process adjustments to ensure functionality and efficiency. You are aware of the written and telephone support of our customers and market partners to ensure a high service standard.

You have a successfully completed commercial training and thus provide a solid basis for your professional career. With your experience in customer service, ideally in the energy industry, you are perfectly familiar with the requirements and expectations of customers. You have a well-founded knowledge in the processing of data exchange processes, which allows you to make them efficient and error-free. You are trained to use MS Office and SAP IS-U in a targeted way. Your strong customer and service orientation ensures that the needs of our customers are always the focus. A careful workmanship and teamwork skills characterize you and contribute to a positive working environment.
