Personnel Officer (m/f/d)

For a defined area, you will support the entire Employee Lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding You are the first contact person for executives and employees in all personal and labour law issues You control the entire recruiting process and agree with marketing targeted personnel recovery measures and channels You actively contribute to operational personnel work and ensure smooth operations You work on personnel projects and on the further development of HR processes You are actively engaged in business integration management (BEM)

You have completed their studies in the field of personnel, business, or comparable training with additional qualification You bring several years of experience in generalist personnel work, ideally in the industrial environment You have good knowledge of labour and collective bargaining You convince by a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working You have passion for personal work, communicate clearly, perform confidently and are strong to assert You also keep an overview in a dynamic environment and have a pronounced hands-on mentality You have German language skills at level C2 and English language skills at level B2
