Coordination of performance agreements (service certificate, SLA) with customers Product Ownern (SPO) Engagement in the Transition (performance introduction) of customer service clarification of the requirements of the customers: Monitoring and control of service quality and agreed performance content Continuous development of service quality and processes Identification of information deficits or Vulnerabilities in performance Communication and relationship management with customers: Cooperation with Account Management

Founded professional practice in IT service management and in dealing with customers:inside Knowledge in ITIL, project and process management Clear service, customer and product orientation Embossed communication and negotiation skills combined with implementation strength High solution orientation and ability to design and interpret key figures
