As an Inside Sales Specialist Microsoft Licensing, you support our customers in selecting, calculating and providing matching Microsoft solutions. In close cooperation with customer management, you develop needs-oriented offers and accompany the entire sales process from the request to the successful conclusion. It offers a diverse range of tasks, exciting customer projects and a high degree of self-responsibility. With extensive presence and online training, you can also continuously develop your know-how in the area of Microsoft Licensing. You create, calculate and track offers up to successful order acquisition and actively support the development of matching Microsoft solutions for our customers You care and update customer, contract and opportunity data in the CRM system and ensure high data quality You monitor important deadlines, support contract management and ensure smooth processing of all sales-relevant processes You advise our existing customers on the different Microsoft licensing models and support them in selecting suitable solutions You process incoming phone calls, coordinate further processing within the sales team and support your colleagues in the day-to-day operating business

You have a completed commercial or technical training and ideally bring the first professional experience in sales You draw your attention through a pronounced customer orientation, communication strength and joy in direct customer contact You like to work in complex relationships, think analytic and appreciate diverse tasks You are convinced by a structured, conscientious, concentrated and self-responsive operation and a high degree of reliability You have very good German knowledge in word and writing, a secure expressiveness and a high readiness for performance and learning
