• Development and maintenance of storage and backup infrastructure (IBM, Netapp, Dell/EMC, HPE)

• Development of proposals for changes and optimizations

• Working in building or migrating storage or backup into a cloud environment and its support

• Responsible monitoring, troubleshooting, extension and optimization of systems

• Close cooperation with other teams and manufacturers

• Drive the internationalisation of the storage and backup environment as a corporate standard

• Analysis and improvement of performance and automation of recurring processes

• Complete study of computer science, business informatics or comparable training

• Funded knowledge of storage and backup systems as well as SAN networks

• Experience with Unix/Linux-OS and Scripting desirable

• Knowledge of the planning, implementation and IT operation of IT infrastructures and backup solutions

• High level of responsibility and quality awareness as well as a quick understanding

• Communication strength in German and English
