Design and optimization of HR processes, structures and instruments Monitoring of changes and adaptations of organisational structures in the plant Cooperation with the works council, negotiation of operating agreements, etc. Advising all departments on legal issues, in particular labour law and social security law Planning and implementation of individual personnel measures such as onboarding, exit, transfer, development and disciplinary measures in cooperation with the supervisors Responsibility for the correct and timely implementation of monthly billing Responsibility of all recruitment measures at the location and coordination of the application process Further development of HR systems and training of local users Responsibility of in- and external communication Support in personnel cost planning Contact for external authorities and contractors Active participation in local and cross-site HR projects Guided tour of local HR team and reception area

Commercial training as well as further training in the field of HR or business studies with a focus on personnel Relevant professional experience in comparable positions, ideally in the production environment First management experience Experience in the international environment Very good knowledge of operational personnel work and good knowledge of labour law Experience in cooperation with works councils Enforcement assets Independent and structured operation High solution orientation Understanding business relationships and key figures Safe application of MS Office application and experience in the use of HR systems Target group-oriented communication strength Very good language skills German & English in word and writing
