They monitor and eliminate disturbances or cause third parties to do so. Its responsibility includes technical facilities TPM, process processes in the ING logistics environment, automation and IT systems and their interfaces in the SNET and SAP environment. As a first level support for technical problems, you will receive reports about inadequacies in the technical environment and solve or channel them. They process special cases in the logistical processes in SAP (WE, WA, blocking, master data, implementation of the rights management etc.). In the field of TPM, you work with the development and implementation of projects and monitor GMP tasks (logbook, MCPS, eLog, etc.). They support the team in preparing and conducting technical audits, e.g. organize the provision of documentation and explain the technical contexts. Rules play an important role in us, so keep an eye on them. These include internal SOPs, current GMP/GDP guidelines as well as other external guidelines, including work safety requirements.
