Construction Manager Electrical - Frankfurt Location (m/f/d)

Would you like to realize sophisticated construction projects with state-of-the-art electrical equipment? You take responsibility for the successful implementation of the construction site in terms of time, efficiency and quality. You will be happy to work with colleagues from Roh- und Montage and other TGA-Fachbauleiter in the team and think about the big whole beyond the plate edge. You will then be right at the ZENTRALEN TECHNIK for all topics related to construction. After intensive incorporation by experienced colleagues, you take over the electrical construction management in the Frankfurt area in turn-key construction orders from start to successful commissioning and acceptance. Your tasks are: Management of the construction process at the construction site in the area of electrical with the necessary quality, time and cost control Coordination with all other TGA plants operating at the construction site, as well as the raw and expanding Monitoring compliance with building standards, regulations and quality guidelines Negotiations with planners, authorities, experts and subcontractors Ensuring the contractual implementation of the GU and the NU contracts Leading the electric contractors throughout the entire construction process clarification of performance changes and the resulting supplementary offers Ensuring complete project documentation

Complete study of electrical engineering, training as a technician or as a master in electrical engineering At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position Good knowledge of technical regulations (VDE, VDI, DIN) and construction and contract law (LBO, HOAI, VOB, BGB) Secure handling of popular MS Office applications as well as CAD and AVA programs Very good knowledge of German in word and writing High communication readiness Conceptual thinking, cost awareness, a structured, holistic way of working and the ability to work independently and team skills complete your profile
