Advice and assessment of approval behaviour including communication with authorities and external consultants Approval management, including application, administration and deadline tracking Examination and monitoring of goods exports, services, technology transfers and boycott and sanction lists Exhibition and collection of final disclosures and import certificates, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Optimization and documentation of existing processes, creation of guidelines and implementation of training Preparation and monitoring of administrative checks and cooperation with internal and external bodies

Complete study of the business economy or a comparable subject area Experience in the field of Wehrtechnik and Logistics is of great advantage as well as a basic technical knowledge for a solid product understanding Knowledge of external economic law and customs law German and English in word and writing High level of readiness, rapid understanding and pronounced analytical thinking Safe handling of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
