Your daily tasks:

• continuous operation of the building for maintenance, maintenance and detection of damage
• independent execution of smaller repairs on machines and general electrical installations
• Implementation of simple electronic work and installations in communication and reporting technology
• Support and control of external specialists
• Performance of small master and craftsman tasks

Take this with you:

• You have a completed vocational training in electrical engineering, preferably training as a state-tested technician or master qualification
• You bring relevant professional experience in home technology or a craftsmanship
• You have a currently valid management certificate without registration
• You speak fluent German and have basic knowledge in English
• You are able to work independently
