Its location is in the district Ludwigsburg, primarily in the Steinheim region and the surrounding area.

Tasks

Your tasks at a glance

• Through your active care at various locations, you support the inhabitants of the Kleeblatt housing, to live as self-determined as possible in well-being and dignity.
• They document all the care and care measures and actively participate in the care process of our residents.
• They pay attention to compliance with the current care standards and ensure the continuous exchange of information with the nursing service manager Ambulant.
• You create the care planning and enter the services provided with the service mobile device.

• They are examinated nursing staff, elderly caregiver, medical specialist (MFA) or have a comparable qualification.
• They have great initiative and flexibility and are willing to take responsibility.
• You have a passenger car license (Grades B).
• You work independently, structured and convince with your professional and social competence.
