Business Analyst (m/f/d)

You analyze and model business processes and identify optimization potentials together with the specialist areas. You accompany process changes by moderating workshops and coordinating voting. In addition, you are working on expanding our home-wide process model as well as developing process standards and developing process documentation taking into account regulatory requirements, such as DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act). You accompany the implementation of company-wide standards and thus promote the processal further development of our organization. You actively work with projects, accompany them or take over the subproject management.

As a Business Analyst (w/m/d), you have a successfully completed degree (e.g. BWL, Business Informatics). More important than the subject, however, are your very good analytical and conceptual skills. Optimally, you bring at least three years of professional experience in process management, analysis and optimization of processes, good knowledge in methods of modeling processes (e.g. BPMN 2.0) and experience with process modeling software (e.g. Adonis, BIC Process Design, Signavio). You have a strong affinity for digital topics, project and process management as well as organizational development and a safe handling of popular tools such as Confluence and JIRA is not a problem for you. You work team-oriented and at the same time convince with enforcing ability, strong design will and pronounced communication skills. German knowledge, at least on C1 levels, is essential for this position. Own, structured and solution-oriented work, combined with a quick understanding, is your strengths.
