Head of Facility Management m/w/d Location: Berlin Charlottenburg Reference number: 2026-0959 Working time: Full time

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team in the object Ensuring the technically perfect condition of the object Planning and control of repair work, rebuilding measures and modernization in private and foreign services Creation of repair orders with material procurement and subsequent tracking Performance reductions and controls in rebuilding measures Monitoring and production of road safety Instruction and supervision of external service providers with regard to operational safety regulations Compilation of monthly reports on activities carried out (maintenance, repairs, audits, deficiencies and deficiencies and special events)

Technical training, e.g. as an electronics engineer/plant mechanic with training as a technician/master or studies in the field of electrical engineering / supply technology / TGA / Facility Management At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position Very good knowledge MS-Office applications Characteristic leadership, customer orientation, commitment, teamability and reliability German knowledge at least on Level C1
