Global Corporate Accounting & Financial Compliance: Total Responsibility for Global Accounting according to IFRS and for Compliance with National Rules (HGB, AktG, GmbHG), including Control and Quality Assurance of All Financial Processes in the Group International Accounting Management: Professional leadership and further development of the five accounting units in international subsidiaries (including USA, India) and participation in individual accounts according to US-GAA National Team Leadership: Professional and disciplinary leadership, development and mentoring of the Group Accounting team at the headquarters location in Leipzig Financial Reporting & Capital Market Relevance: Compilation of Quarterly, Half-Year and Annual Financial Statements as well as other capital market-relevant reports according to regulatory requirements Accounting Standards & Policy Development: Further development and global rollout of corporate accounting policies, including consulting international finance teams in complex accounting issues Process optimization & digitization: Analysis, harmonisation and further development of global accounting, consolidation and tax processes, including digitization and automation of core processes Corporate Tax & Transfer Pricing: Corporate Tax Reporting Responsibility, External Tax Reports (e.g. Pillar 2, CbCR) and Tax Planning, Structural Optimizations and Transfer Pricing Documentations Strategic projects: support for internationalisation, M&A activities and new business models through accounting and tax assessment as well as deriving recommendations for action

Education: Complete economic studies with a focus on accounting or taxation, complemented by a further qualification such as tax advisors or CPA Professional experience: Multiannual, successful activity in the international Group Accounting & Tax, combined with experience in the management and development of global teams IFRS expert knowledge and security in dealing with complex consolidation and consolidated financial processes in a dynamic, international environment Regulatory knowledge: Sovereign handling of global tax and regulatory frameworks and the ability to safely translate them into business processes Digital competence: High IT affinity and routine in the application of modern ERP and reporting systems, combined with the claim to actively drive digital developments Analytical Strength: Embossed understanding of complex financial relationships, combined with the ability to structure them clearly and to translate them into solution-oriented action recommendations Stakeholder Management: Professional and convincing appearance towards internal and external stakeholders as well as the ability to process complex content in a comprehensible and addressable manner Language knowledge & readiness: Very good knowledge of German and English as well as the willingness to visit international sites if necessary to actively promote global cooperation Personal characteristics: High reliability and resilience, joy of change and process optimization, as well as an independent, responsible leadership style with a global perspective
