Your tasks Activity for soil management Planning and implementation of concepts for the reuse of soil material on site Acceptance and control of filling materials for our gravel pits according to valid guidelines and environmental requirements (e.g. BBodSchV, LVGBT, EBV) Organisation and documentation of soil exploitation Coordination of proper disposal of non-usable materials Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g. § 202 BauGB, Waste hierarchy) Cooperation with construction management, authorities and disposal companies Field of activity Excavation monitoring: Monitoring of excavation work Conducting visual controls and layer-by-layer observation Initiate security measures in cases of suspected or founding Documentation of work and creation of release protocols Close coordination with competent authorities and specialist firms

Successfully completed studies (e.g. environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, soil science, etc.) or comparable training with corresponding professional experience Experience in soil management, excavation monitoring, sampling based on LAGA PN 98 Knowledge of relevant legal bases (e.g. BauGB, KrWG, BBodSchV, EBV, LVGBT) Self-conscient, responsible working, good communication skills and team skills
