Participation in planning, design and implementation of commissioning and operation for complex network systems Detection and analysis of problems and introduction of solutions Problem detection and documentation with a Trouble ticket system, even in complex system landscapes Introduction of escalation procedures in critical problem cases Administration of the network used – and security systems Integration of new customers into existing operating processes Install and maintain tools Design and Introduction of Supporting Tools Participation in the development and planning of service concepts Coordination of order processing

First experience in IT network administration Knowledge in various network topologies (Ethernet, WLAN, etc.) as well as in network protocols TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP and MPLS Knowledge of how to deal with Cisco IOS/ACI, CCNA, CCNP and the Multicast, DHCP, DNS, NAT, Tacas and Radius services Analytical, systematic and structured working methods. High analytical and conceptual thinking Good and broad technical understanding. Very good expertise in the targeted field of work and good knowledge in adjacent technologies. Very good knowledge of German and English
