Technical & disciplinary management of the customer care team at the Mülheim-Kärlich site: HR management incl. Control of the workflow and coordination of holiday planning and employee development Ensuring uniform and high-quality customer support throughout the region Responsibility for achieving quality and budget objectives Analysis of relevant key figures and derivation of measures for process and service optimization Initiation and implementation of continuous improvement measures together with the operating and customer Support in implementing new business and expanding existing customer relationships

Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding & logistics services Multiannual professional experience in the specialized environment and in the management and development of employees Embossed Analytical Thinking and Security in Handling KPIs Communication strength, service orientation and negotiation skills Own initiative, sense of responsibility and joy in process improvement Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel German and good knowledge of English Travelling
