For a manufacturing company in the area Cloppenburg/ Vechta/ Lohne, we are looking for a project manager (m/w/d), who plans, coordinates and implements projects of the technical building equipment.

The position combines technical detail depth with clear project responsibility – in an environment with short decision paths and direct implementation.

You take responsibility for TGA projects and keep an eye on interpretation, interfaces and implementation. In doing so, you control internal stakeholders and external partners and ensure that technical requirements, dates and budgets are met.

Technical planning, control and implementation of TGA projects (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary, electrical) in new and existing construction. Coordination of external companies and trades and technical coordination with internal specialist departments. Creation and maintenance of time, cost and project overviews with a view to technical feasibility. clarification of technical interfaces, monitoring of execution and support up to acceptance. Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, guidelines and technical standards.

Technical qualification as engineer, technician or master (supply technology / SHK or comparable). Multiannual professional experience (from about 5 years) in the project management or technical implementation in the field of TGA. Funded, cross-sectoral technical understanding. Structured working, technical judgment and decision-making. Clear and objective communication with internal and external project participants.
