Commercial employee for the rental team (m/f/d)

Your tasks include in particular the following activities: Rental of apartments from our stock including the supervision of the entire rental process Processing of housing requests and interested parties Implementation of housing visits as well as coordination with interested parties Examination of application documents and preparation of award decisions Creation and processing of leases and lease-related documents Implementation of housing transfers and housing withdrawals Maintenance of data relating to rent and object in our ERP system Cooperation with internal departments, in particular technology, inventory management and financial management Written and telephone correspondence with tenants, tenants and external contacts

The following qualifications and skills should be taught: Successfully completed training as a real estate businessman / real estate businesswoman or comparable commercial training Professional experience in the housing industry or in the area of rental is advantageous Safe, friendly and binding occurrence Joy of contact with people as well as a good feeling for different conversation situations Structured, careful and reliable operation Teamability, sense of responsibility and organisational skills Good knowledge of MS Office; Knowledge of housing software, ideally Wodis Yuneo, are beneficial driving licence class B
