Commercial Property Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in Hamburg, we are looking for you as Property Manager Your everyday life – versatile, human, meaningful You're here when it comes to: You are answering questions about rental contracts, hire changes or sub-rents – friendly, clear and solution-oriented. You conduct conversations that help – whether complaints, uncertainties or simply to listen. You are organising replacement apartments when it crawls – e.g. for renovations or water damage. You hold the threads in your hand: You document everything cleanly in the system – so nothing is lost. You work with authorities, lawyers and tenant associations – professionally and at eye level. You accompany terminations, acceptances and security processes – with a view to detail and a heart for fairness. You bring structure into chaos: You'll check the invoices, the cost of emptying and make sure everything has its order. You are currently holding renting rockets and preparing rental adjustments – foresighting and conscientious.

Your profile: Complete training in real estate management or a comparable qualification Relevant professional experience in real estate management Very good knowledge of the German housing market and the relevant legal framework Impressed skills for problem solving and decision-making Structured, independent and service-oriented operation Very good communication skills in German, knowledge in English of advantage
