Completed first and second state exams for the study of apprenticeship or equivalent degree Multiannual experience as a teacher willingness to take action and commitment on the spot Ready to identify with the CJD profile, especially with the school profile Ready to identify with the Christian profile of the CJD and the school Management experience with detectable and certified documents of advantage (wanted) The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
