WHU is looking for a full-time manager (w/m/d) for the International Relations Office at the Vallendar site. The International Relations Office is a dedicated and flexible team that organizes and supervises WHU's student exchange activities with more than 220 partner universities around the world.

Coordination of exchange programmes with international partner universities Care of incoming and outgoing exchange students along the entire exchange process Organisation and implementation of a Welcome Week tailored to exchange students Responsibility for the marketing activities of the department (website, print, social media, merchandise etc.) Organisation of enrollment and administrative support of exchange students Support for participants in a summer programme Working on projects to optimize and digitize processes in student exchange
