Administration and support of the M365 environment: Ensuring the availability and security of Microsoft 365 services, managing user accounts and access rights. IT security: Implementation and monitoring of security measures to protect IT infrastructure from threats and attacks. Network administration: Planning, configuration and maintenance of networks, including network performance and security monitoring. Managing Windows servers and remote services: Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows servers and management of remote access services. IT support: Support users for technical problems, troubleshooting and provision of solutions for Windows operating systems.
