Advisor Design in Indien (m/f/d)

Support of the construction manager in India and representation of his duties as needed Technical contact :in for the construction site; Advice on design transfer, construction and assembly processes and quality testing Coordination and planning of TKMS activities on site in close coordination with the project team in Germany and the on-site team in Mumbai Development and implementation of the process for the design transfer as well as organisation of “Familiarisation Sessions” for the shipyard, possibly together with representatives of the Indian Navy Representation of the interests of TKMS vis-à-vis the customer, implementation of the security regulations for TKMS employees and monitoring of the event Examination and processing of claims (remd claims and proprietary claims) and support of claim management to customers and suppliers Advice on material deliveries (quality, quantity, dates), support of sub-suppliers on site and participation in quality checks (STW, FAT, HAT, SAT) as well as on the preparation of the construction site report

Engineer:in, technician:in or designer:in with several years of experience in engineering environment Long-standing practice in the construction of submarines or naval ships and their systems; safe handling of the CAD tool NX Accompanying the construction of submarines or naval ships on site and successful cooperation with international customers and partners Experience abroad and ability to move easily into intercultural teams Versified handling of MS Office; independent, strong and responsible working methods High team and communication skills; convincing communication of knowledge in English; flexible response to rapidly changing circumstances Expressed analytical and conceptual thinking, social competence and good judgement
