You accompany our customers along their entire customer journey and support them by e-mail and telephone with questions about orders, deliveries, returns, payments and our products. You will work on customer requests within the framework of our early and late shifts between 7:00 and 18:00, find suitable solutions for more complex issues and take on independent topics in the after-shipment service. In close cooperation with our teams of logistics, purchasing, marketing and finance, you will ensure that you quickly clarify your concerns and ensure a first-class customer experience. Recurring customer needs are recognised at an early stage, sharing your knowledge with the team and introducing ideas to continuously improve our service and customer experience. You are open to new technologies and AI-assisted solutions and help us develop modern ways of working in customer service.

Qualification: Experience in customer service, ideally in an e-commerce environment Know-how: safe handling of customer service tools (e.g. Zendesk), ERP systems (e.g. Business Central) and tools for cooperation and process control (e.g. Jira) Personality and mode of operation: Communication strength as well as a service-oriented, empathic and structured manner Language: very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other languages are a plus
