Responsible for questions of intellectual property (IP) and support of all functions and management transnational Ensuring effective transnational cooperation with the department team members in England, France and Germany to achieve a coordinated IP strategy Support, transnational and divisional across R&T, Customer Services, Purchasing, Engineering, Operations, Strategy and Program MFTs to help shape Airbus’ medium and long-term IP, contract, partnership and supplier strategy Consultation, preparation and management of negotiations on international IP transactions, such as secrecy agreements, R&T contracts, including state-funded projects, cooperation and research agreements, industrial and academic partnerships, and licensing agreements and procurement and supply agreements with different stakeholders Participation in maintaining all IP frameworks and ensuring that You are up-to-date and comply with legal and regulatory requirements (including ethics, compliance and export control) Reduction or Reducing legal risks in the field of IP and recommending innovative solutions for internal customers to enable sound decisions Enforce Airbus' IP rights to third parties and defend Airbus' position against third party claims Provision of legal advice and support in the case of IP disputes. Promoting close cooperation within the expanded community of Airbus legal advisers within the framework of the one-roof team, which is cross-division, in order to ensure transparency, coordination in ongoing processes and a balanced distribution of work. Training and awareness-raising on IP for internal customers
