We are looking for an experienced team leader Quality Management (m/w/d) for the plant in the Bitburg-Prüm area. Leadership and further development of the 4-person quality team Responsibility for the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management system Ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements Reduction of waste in the value creation process Implementation of internal audits and coordination of external audits Analysis of quality data and key figures and derivation of measures to improve product quality Training and awareness of quality topics Cooperation with the factory management to further develop and optimize production processes Creation of quality reports and presentation of results

Complete technical training with training as master or technician, engineering studies or comparable Multiannual professional experience in quality management/quality assurance – ideally in the field of wood technology but no need Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001) and methods (e.g. CVP, Six Sigma or the like) (First) Leadership Experience and the ability to motivate and guide employees Embossed Analytical Skills and Problem Solution Competence Communication strength and enforcement capacity Team orientation as well as independent and structured working
