CEO (Managing Director) NOW IT GmbH – an enabler of the digital future of administration - in the field of IT service provider/ full-service provider

Our mandate is a leading IT service provider/full service provider headquartered in Laatzen. Approximately 700 employees at ten attractive locations maintain approx. Seventeen thousand jobs by the shareholders. Together, the company is responsible for central tasks in digital transformation in an important part of social security.

The aim of the transformation is to make the transition from classic IT operations to an agile, customer-oriented service provider with innovative power – an actor who actively shapes the digital change of public administration and technology-proofs.

Your position As CEO (m/w/d), you are responsible for the strategic, operational and economic management of the company. You lead directly approx. 400 employees on the various commercial areas. You work closely and trustfully with the technical manager (CTO) who, as Deputy Managing Director, leads the company's IT-related and technical areas.

Development and implementation of the business strategy in close coordination with the Supervisory Board, the shareholders and other supervisory bodies dimensional co-design and implementation of the company's IT strategy, Management of Customer Service, Business Administration (Personal, Finance, Controlling) and Application Development, as well as Head of Information Security Active representation of the company to the supervisory bodies and bodies at federal level

Complete university studies (prior to administrative or economic informatics, economics or comparable master or diploma) Funded knowledge in strategic management, in business functions (finance, controlling, personnel planning), in modern IT architectures (cloud, microservices, APIs) and the control of large IT structures, preferably in KRITIS-relevant units Long-term management and control experience, preferably in complex, regulated or connected structures High communication capability, decision strength and ability to override coordination of bodies and stakeholders Integrative leadership with high sense of responsibility and strategic vision as well as the competence to promote an agile corporate structure

Further requirements German knowledge, very good English knowledge of advantage readiness to travel within Germany Political sensitivity and understanding for social and legal frameworks
