You represent the Head of Unit “Platform Management Mainframe” in technical and human matters with respect to the IT management, internal departments and the Board of Management of the Bundesbank and in bodies relevant to the bank. You develop forward-looking strategic personnel development for the department and manage their implementation. You ensure a future-oriented transformation of the department and its permanent adaptation and are the contact person for the specialist areas related to the continuous further development of the service provision. You are responsible for resource and capacity planning, promote knowledge transfer, further training of employees and the establishment of modern working methods You are responsible for defining OKRs and KPIs and communicate transparently about progress and deviations in the form of reports and presentations.

Master or equivalent degree of economics or (economic) informatics or master or equivalent degree and at least five years of experience in the strategic accompaniment of change processes expressed leadership competence; Multiannual experience in the classical and agile leadership of large, also internationally occupied teams is of advantage Very good knowledge and experience in using classic and agile (project management) methods and frameworks, including certifications in Prince2 and ITIL Foundation Level At least 5 years of professional experience in the development and implementation of portfolio strategies, in strategically and economically important projects and in the management of change processes in large organisations Very good knowledge and experience in the application and targeted use of structured future analysis tools Analytical and conceptual skills to understand and classify complex technical relationships Strategic, innovative and entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented action and design also under competing requirements Impressed ability to negotiate, persuasive and decision-making even in challenging situations and uncertainties Safe appearance and capacity for competent representation of the Bundesbank in international bodies Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English
