As an IT service engineer (m/w/d), one of your main tasks is the support of KNDS employees (IT users), including IT users, external offices and subsidiaries associated with support contracts in all IT requests in First-Level Support (IT-Service Desk) You are responsible for the acceptance, processing and documentation of malfunctions and service requests via ticket system, telephone and email You act as a competent and service-oriented contact person in the first-level support The creation and processing of problem messages and service requests as well as the cooperation with the 2nd level support are also part of your tasks Care of knowledge databases and documentation completes your profile of activities
