The German City Day is the voice of the cities. It is the municipal top association of all district-free and most countless cities in Germany. The German City Day represents the interests of the cities towards the Bund, Länder, the European Union as well as numerous associations and institutions. He accompanies political processes, composes legislation in the sense of cities and pays attention to the local self-government guaranteed by the Basic Law. The member cities exchange with us and develop joint positions on all policy areas relevant to the cities in Germany. The main office comprises seven decernates at the offices of Berlin and Cologne. Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

for Department I – Department of Staff. Place of service is Cologne. The body must first be occupied for a period of 9 months with up to 30 hours per week. Depending on the course of the project, there is the option of a contract extension.
