You are in this versatile position responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software in cooperation with our specialist teams. You take on the on-site support and support of the IT infrastructure at our multi-user locations in the region (connected with corresponding travel activities) as well as the initial setup of jobs with user instruction. You analyze and correct IT statements in close coordination with the controllers at the respective locations. You are responsible for the classification, solution and documentation of support cases and work with our ticket system. You take part in regular readiness.

You bring professional experience in IT or comparable IT qualification. You have good knowledge of German in word and writing – English is desirable. You combine an independent working with customer orientation and enjoy contact with people. You've got class B's license.
