Completed training as plant mechanic SHK, mechatronics engineer for refrigeration, heating engineer, gas-water- Installer, or comparable qualification Professional experience in HKLS and building technology Knowledge of how to use measurement, control and control technology Self-contained, structured and customer-oriented mode of operation Friendly appearance and teamwork

Your contribution to us

Implementation of maintenance, inspection and repair work on HKLS systems (heating, climate, ventilation, sanitation) troubleshooting, removal and documentation Ensuring the operational readiness of the technical building equipment Support for renovations or modernization of technical installations Cooperation with the object manager and external service providers Compliance with legal requirements and internal quality and safety standards On-site customer support in technical terms
