Construction Manager Façade Construction (m/w/d)

We are a medium-sized company that has been successful for over 75 years in the field of sophisticated window and facade construction. In addition to the development and production of systems in wood, wood-aluminum, aluminum, steel and glass, we are particularly concerned with the design and implementation of complete building envelopes and engineering facades. We are looking for a building manager (m/w/d) for local construction monitoring and project execution of national window and facade construction projects.

You assume the overall responsibility for our projects at the construction site We will send you the specialist building management according to LBO and the planning and coordination of our assembly work They work directly at the interface to external project participants (planning architects, specialist engineers, public construction lines, project controllers and assembly companies)

They have several years of professional experience in a general managerial activity, ideally in window and facade construction They bring expertise in the implementation of complex engineering facades You are sure to deal with common standards and guidelines Sovereign communication with external project participants is easy for you They are experienced in the coordination of assembly groups and subcontractors You share with us the enthusiasm for the sophisticated facade construction and outstanding architecture
