Your tasks to complement our team (latest to 01.10.2026): • Ensuring smooth operation of the entire business property • Control of building technology and planning of maintenance, testing and maintenance measures, monitoring of dates • Inspection and function control of the building equipment as well as independent remedying of incidents as required. • Coordination of external service providers and craftsmen • Immediate technical assistance and maintenance • cooperation in technical and construction projects • Data maintenance and work in the FM system Relion • technical support for events at the Center (upon availability)

This will bring you • You have completed training in electrical engineering • Professional experience in a comparable position desirable • If possible, you are an experienced and experienced electrician in the operational field • You have expertise in ventilation and refrigeration systems, electrical distributions and cabling as well as in fire protection-relevant technical systems • They have craft skills and good technical cross-sector understanding • As an all-round talent you are solution-oriented and understand yourself as a service provider to internal and external partners • Self-employed work, safe handling of MS Office applications and a positive, safe and representative appearance are also your strengths • Standing for occasional weekend work and rolling standby service • Class B driving licence
