Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As Senior Process Integrator MEMS, you support the development of an innovative technology platform. In a team of individual process developers, you coordinate the experiments and independently evaluate the results. You provide the corresponding requirements such as process window analysis and stability tests to ensure a later production. New processes and new complex processes are tested and implemented by you with regard to the increase in yield and quality, taking into account the costs. You support the introduction of complex technology processes and support them in production. In cooperation with our development and manufacturing departments, you define boundary conditions of new process flows. In addition, you evaluate the risk of adapting existing processes to new plants.

Education: completed university studies in natural sciences (chemistry, physics) or engineering studies with appropriate orientation Experience and know-how: multiannual professional experience in semiconductor production or near-production institutes, preferably in the field of integration basics of semiconductor physics and manufacturing processes, very good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as experience in statistical experimental planning, knowledge in change management techniques and formal error analysis Personality: high self-motivation, self-responsibility, result- and quality-oriented, good conflict and problem-solving orientation, ability to reproduce complex relationships in a precise and comprehensible manner Languages: good German and English skills
