The Gebrüder Göttl UG operates several gastronomic plants in Stuttgart: the restaurant Treber & Trester, the Eiswerkstatt Stuttgart and the Waldgasthof Mähderklinge with beer garden and event location. We stand for quality, craftsmanship and warm hospitality – and are now looking for a reliable and structured assistance (m/w/d) for the area Backend & Organisation.

Your tasks:

• Organization and execution of War orders for our locations (food, beverages, non-food)
• Maintenance of Inventory lists and stocks
• Planting and coordination of reservations, events and staff availability
• Processing of E-mails, inquiries and telephone calls (guest communication)
• Support in Bookkeeping (e.g., sort, prepare, install into the system)
• Participation in Social-Media-Kommunikation, e.g. scheduling, preparing contributions, voting content
• General organizational tasks in day-to-day business and management relief

That's what you bring:

• Experience in the gastronomy sector or in the office organization of advantage, but no need
• Organizational design, independent operation and reliability
• Secure handling of emails, digital tools (e.g. Office, Google Drive) – you can learn more from us
• Friend appearance and joy of communication with guests and the team
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
