Deputy Workshop Manager - Industry / Maintenance (m/f/d)

You take over the professional leadership as well as the further development of the workshop team and are a central contact person in the daily business. Together with the workshop management, you control the workshop processes and ensure the smooth operation of our plants in food production. You are responsible for the entire shift and holiday planning of your team and coordinate the use of external service providers if necessary. By controlling and maintaining check and checklists, you continuously monitor our high quality and safety standards. You are responsible for the warehouse management for technical spare parts and materials and coordinate the annual inventory in close coordination with the warehouse.

You have completed technical training, e.g. as mechatronics (m/w/d) or industrial mechanic (m/w/d), and brings a strong technical understanding of industrial processes. You have professional experience in a medium-sized industrial company, ideally in the food industry. You could already gain experience in the leadership of employees and understand how to motivate your team. With a good mix of empathy and enforcing power, you'll be a strong teammate. You are willing to work in interchangeable layers and draw on a structured and independent way of working. You speak and write fluently German (at least C1 level) to ensure smooth communication in the team.
