You independently process written and telephone customer requests, which include underwriting with risk assessment, premium determination and offer creation, as well as contract reorganisations and refurbishments You conduct telephone calls and talks with our customers, sales partners and third parties, with the best possible support and advice for our customers, of course You analyze and evaluate cover concepts You take into account our process and quality standards in your tasks You are open to new things and want to help shape your own working environment and take responsibility You also accompany initiatives and projects with our interfaces and take special tasks

You have an apprenticeship as a businessman for insurance and finance (m/w/d), ideally with additional training as an insurance specialist (m/w/d) as well as several years of professional experience in the fields of property and liability insurance You have a quick understanding, are resilient and flexible Your customers are at the heart of your work: With respectful handling, empathy and negotiation skills, you achieve convincing results. You keep relevant key figures in mind You have fun on telephone and can adjust yourself well to different interlocutors You are a team player and are looking forward to new tasks and challenges
