As a construction/project businessman:frau (m/w/d) you support us in administrative and commercial tasks around our housing projects and thus contribute to the successful realization: Auditing – Processing of input and output accounts Communication – Contact person for contractors and after-contractors in commercial matters Project controlling – Participation in cost and budget monitoring Cost analyses – Development and production of cost analyses to optimize project processes Data management and maintenance of database systems and project documents Assistance – administrative support of department management

You are an organizational talent with commercial skill and a flaw for numbers? Ideally you bring the following profile: Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) first professional experience in construction or real estate An independent and careful operation as well as fun at the commercial day business Analytical thinking and a high degree of self-initiative Founded MS Office knowledge and safe handling of common database systems
