Local HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

In order to meet the future strategic and operational challenges in a dynamic environment at any time, our personnel division has introduced a new HR business model. Through the simultaneous implementation of a modern, global HR system, this supports the efficient operation of our local HR business partners in their operational tasks as well as through the close cooperation with the HR specialist functions in the fields of talent management, talent acquisition and compensation. Supporting HR Business Partner (m/w/d) You are directly responsible for the management of the department and the executives in your area of responsibility in all personnel matters and, through your open and constructive work, you are working with the local stakeholders and the employee representation. This place is a full-time position to be occupied at our global headquarters in Holzminden. You take responsibility for the holistic support and support of executives in personal and labour law issues to ensure the uniform implementation of HR standards and processes in your care area. In addition, you are responsible for managing the annual HR processes (e.g. personnel planning, performance management) in close coordination with the executives of your care area and the regional HR organization. For existing employees in your field of care, you are central to all phases of the employment relationship. You are responsible for the need-oriented monitoring and implementation of individual measures, personnel development measures and operational integration management. For the further development and continuous optimization of specific HR standards and processes, you work with cross-functional HR projects and accompany their implementation at the interfaces within HR and internal stakeholders.

You have successfully completed a study with a relevant focus (personal science, psychology, economics, etc.) or a training in human resources or can prove a comparable qualification. You have several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable HR function and have a well-founded knowledge in the fields of human resources management and labour and social law. You are characterized by an independent, structured, result-oriented and solution-oriented manner of operation and a high customer orientation. Ideally, you will bring well-founded experience in project management. In cooperation with internal customers and partners, you are convinced by high consulting and social competence as well as strong communication and team skills. You communicate fluently in German and have good English skills in word and writing.
