Application of statistical methods and data analysis tools Leadership: Experience in the professional leadership and motivation of interdisciplinary teams Structured operation: systematic and organised planning and implementation of projects. Application of project management tools/knowledge Moderation skills: experience in the moderation of workshops and meetings. Ability to conduct discussions and document results Knowledge of products and understanding of current production processes in operation
